Compression Testers

Compression Testing Machine Conform to the requirement of IS:516 and other international standards like BS & ASTM - High Stability, Self aligning platen assembly - Channel/Pillar Type structure - Gauges are calibrated in KN or TONS - Most suitable for testing Concrete Cubes of any size upto 5cm, 7.06cm,10 cm, and 15cm x 15cm x 15cm & Concrete Cylinders of 10 x 20cm and 15 x 30 cm high. Special Platens for Bricks can be supplied on request - The load is applied thru Hydraulic pumping unit, Operated Electrical cum Hand operated. The lower platen is on the Hydraulic ram, and upper having a spherical seating is adjustable. The machine is provided with an air release valve and the load is automatically indicated and measured on the 15 cms dia Bourdon type pressure gauge calibrated by N.C.B.M. fixed with micro switch and Black & Red Dummy pointer or Alternative Digital Read-out. Relays are incorporated so that the motor does not start on its own. Suitable for 230V single phase as well as hand operated available Capacity 0-25,0-50,0-100, 0-150, 0-200 Tons. Aggregate Impact Testers

Air Entrainment Meters

Precision engineered air entrainment meter offered by us are made according to the specifications of IS 1199 standards. Its pressure tight flanged bowl is available upto an average size of 38mm and 0.005 cubic.mt. It consists of an assembly of detachable conical cover.
