Marshel Stability Apparatus

Our range of marshel stability apparatus is used to conduct stability test on bituminous paving mixtures. These are utilized by highway department, contractors, engineers, testing labs and many other sectors. Ring & Ball Apparatus

Our variety of ring and ball apparatus are manufactured according to IS 1205 standards. It is also known as softening apparatus. It is provided with two steel balls and brass rings. Automatic Penetrometers

We offer Penetrometer in standard and automatic versions. These are again available in various models such as IS: 310, 1203, 1448, IP: 60, 49, 50 ASTM: D5, D217, D637 and many more. These are use to inspect different types of materials for instance grease, bitumen, tar, asphalt, wax polish, food stuffs, rubber, pharmaceutical creams and soils. It has vertical pillar mounted on a base with leveling screw. The head is joined with dial plunger rod and cone or needle slides on pillar. It can be clamped at desired height. Its dial is graduated in 0-400 in 1/10mm div. Automatic Hammers

Automatic hammer for bitumen makes it possible to achieve high degree of compaction Special features: • Rugged construction to withstand hard work. • Fully Automatic and easy to operate. • Uniform compaction. • Automatic Blow Counter. The drive mechanism lifts the weight of 4.5 Kg and drop it from heigt of 457mm. The hammer foot is removeable, which facilities perheating. A compaction pedestat with specimen is fixed to the base. Tar Viscometers

Our range of Tar Viscometer is fabricated with precision machines and is in accord with IP: 72 and IS: 1206. It is used for total bath and has a cup of 10mm or 4mm orifice.
